Refrigerated containers – reefers – are self-contained cold storage units with integrated refrigeration machinery, insulated walls, and food-grade interiors. They’re the standard solution across Perth’s food processing, pharmaceutical, viticulture, seafood, and resources sectors when you need genuine cold-chain integrity without the cost of building a fixed coolroom.

Our reefers are sourced from major shipping lines (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM) at the end of their marine service lives, with the refrigeration machinery fully tested and serviced before they leave our depot. The compressors are Carrier, Thermo King, or Daikin – proven units engineered for continuous operation in marine conditions. Internal walls are stainless steel or food-grade aluminium with T-floor grating that allows airflow to circulate around stacked product.

Three temperature configurations are available depending on application. Freezer (–25°C to –10°C) for frozen food, ice cream, frozen seafood, and pharmaceuticals. Chiller (0°C to +5°C) for fresh produce, dairy, wine, and most cold-chain catering. Ambient/Cool (+5°C to +25°C) for temperature-sensitive electronics, paints, adhesives, and pharmaceuticals.

Every reefer ships from our Perth depot with a current refrigeration service, calibrated temperature controls, and a 12-month parts warranty. Remote temperature monitoring is available on request – useful for compliance-sensitive applications (HACCP, TGA, pharma) where you need an auditable temperature log.
