The 10ft standard container is the answer when a 20ft is too big – for tight residential blocks, narrow driveways, small commercial premises, or anywhere position matters more than capacity. It’s not a cut-down 20ft; it’s a purpose-built short container with the same structural specification, the same Corten weathering steel walls, the same marine plywood floor, and the same lockable cargo doors.

The footprint is 3 metres long by 2.4 metres wide – small enough to slot beside a house, fit in a single-car driveway, or sit in a tight commercial yard without dominating the space. Internal volume comes in at 15.4 cubic metres, which is plenty for a single garage’s worth of contents, a small business’s overflow stock, or a tradie’s tool lockup.

Because 10ft containers aren’t mass-produced like 20ft units, they’re often factory-cut from larger units rather than original-build. The result is a slightly higher per-cubic-metre cost than a 20ft – you’re paying for the work to produce a smaller container. For most customers the position-and-fit advantage easily justifies it.

Premium Used ($3,200) are cargo-worthy units with light cosmetic wear – small dents, surface rust, faded paint. Structurally sound, fully weatherproof.

New 1-Trip ($4,950) are pristine factory-fresh units. Recommended for modifications, customer-facing applications, or any placement where appearance matters.
