Can you deliver to tight Perth metro sites?

Yes – we deliver to inner-city construction sites including narrow CBD blocks, tight Subiaco/Leederville/Mount Lawley sites, and access-constrained residential developments. We use tilt-tray or Hiab depending on site clearances. Pre-delivery site assessments confirm access and identify any constraints.

Either. For short-term project use, containers sit directly on level ground or railway sleepers. For long-term placement (12+ months), or where door alignment is critical, we recommend a compacted gravel pad or concrete piers under the four corners.

For temporary placement (under 6–12 months depending on council) on most sites, DA isn’t required. For permanent placement or commercial use in residential zones, DA usually is required – we supply the structural engineering, dimensions, and elevations needed for submission. Your project DA is typically handled by your town planner or builder’s consultant.

Most construction hire runs the duration of the build – 6 months for residential, 12–24 months for commercial, 24–48 months for major civil. Hire rates get materially better past 12 months. We can quote both monthly hire and lease-to-own structures.
