Why We List Our Prices

Most container suppliers don’t publish prices. The reason is straightforward: it gives them room to read the customer, gauge urgency, and price accordingly. A mining contractor on a tight schedule gets one number. A first-time buyer with no comparison gets another. Same container, two different prices.

We don’t operate that way. Every customer gets the same rate for the same container, listed transparently below. Volume discounts apply when volume justifies them. Premium specifications cost more – because they cost more to supply. The base rate is the base rate.
All prices below are ex Perth depot, plus GST. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location and site access. Modifications and custom configurations are quoted per project.

Delivery uses tilt-tray, side-loader, or Hiab crane depending on site access. Quote includes road train coordination, escort vehicles where required, and gate-access logistics for mine sites.

Free delivery applies to: Container purchases over $15,000 within Perth metro, and container hire arrangements of 6 months or longer.

What’s Not Included in the Price

We list prices honestly, which means being honest about what they don’t include. The published rates are ex Perth depot, plus GST. Add to that:

  • Delivery – quoted separately as per the table above.

  • Site preparation – levelling, pads, or piers if required for your site.

  • Council approval – DA fees and submissions if your placement requires them. We supply documentation; council fees are payable to council.

  • Service connections – electrical and plumbing connections at your site are typically handled by your tradespeople. We leave the container with a connection-ready tail.

  • Specialised modifications – anything beyond standard configurations is quoted per project.
